Guidelines for Office Visits

We are continuing the COVID-19 social distancing requirements and ONLY allowing 3 patients in the check line at a time.  Once checked in, there is seating available until you are taken back for your appointment.

 

In order to best serve and care for you, and to assure the protection of our team, strict policies will continue to be in place:

  • Face coverings are required to enter the office

        (Non-medical masks, bandanas, scarves and cloth can be used) 

  • We are still NOT seeing any sick patients in the office, if you have any sick symptoms; cough, fever, congestion, etc. you will need to see a provider via telemedicine

  • If you or any family member has come in contact with anyone with confirmed COVID19 (Coronavirus) infection in the last 14 days, you will need to see a provider via telemedicine

  • If you have or have you had a fever, cough, cold or otherwise been sick in the last 14 days, you will need to see a provider via telemedicine

  • If you have experienced a recent onset of respiratory problems, such as a cough or shortness of   breath, in the last 14 days, you will need to see a provider via telemedicine
     

 If you have been outside of the country in the last 14 days, you will need to see a provider via telemedicine
